FAQ

How do we start?

It’s easy—simply contact us to discuss your requirements. We’ll then provide a quote before getting to work designing and creating your unique, high-end bathroom.

When can you start?

Once you give us instructions to proceed, we’ll contact you and confirm a start date as well as any other relevant time frames.

Please note that there can be a lead-in time of up to six weeks, while more complex projects could take even longer. It’s important therefore to speak to us early so your project can start as soon as possible.

How long does it take?

This will depend on each project. At the outset, we’ll set clear expectations and time frames. More complex projects will likely require more time.

What’s the total cost?

This will depend on each project. As we specialise in high-end, luxury bathrooms, total cost is often about $35,000 + GST or more.

Do you charge a deposit?

We charge a deposit of 5% or $1,000 + GST (whichever is larger).

Does having a budget help?

It’s always a good idea to know what your budget is and what you can afford. We’ll try and work towards a budget if we can accommodate doing so.

Who does the work?

With us, you’ll have the peace of mind that the people building your bathroom are the same people who designed it. We also have a team of professional trades and subcontractors, most of whom we have worked with for many years.

Do I need to be home to let trades in?

Only if you want to!

You will have a dedicated project supervisor who can arrange for secure site access when and if required.

Do you keep me up to date each day?

You will be kept up to date with your project via daily text messages and photos.

Do you have an appropriate licence?

Yes! We are fully licenced—our licence number is XXX.

Are you appropriately insured?

Of course. We have taken out a number of insurance policies to provide peace of mind for all involved. Our policies include:

  • Public Liability insurance
  • Products Liability insurance
  • Contract Works insurance
  • Professional Indemnity insurance
  • Home Owners Warranty insurance (taken out when required)

All our subcontractors have an appropriate level of insurance cover as well.

Do you provide a warranty?

We provide a 10-year warranty for our workmanship and materials.

Please note: manufacturers’ warranties can apply to fixtures and fittings, so these should be checked by you prior to purchase.

What happens if I discover an issue covered by your warranty?

Simply contact us and we’ll identify the best course of action to resolve the issue as soon as we can!

What are your security measures?

We take security seriously. At the start of your project, we discuss site access with you and take the time to address any concerns you may have.

Our team uses key safes that are kept on site, and any subcontractors are highly trusted professionals who must provide police checks and evidence of holding required licences and insurance cover.

Do you remove asbestos?

If your home has asbestos, it will need to be properly removed by appropriately-licenced professionals.

We will discuss this with you and help make arrangements for asbestos removal if required.
